The cost of assisted living can vary depending on the community. Some senior living communities are “all-inclusive,” meaning you pay a flat rate that includes care, meals, access to programs, events, on-site services and amenities, and an apartment home. Other communities base their monthly rates on the amount of care that is needed. With these types of communities, residents are charged monthly rates and charged an additional fee for care. The cost of care is based on the individual’s needs.
When you choose to become a resident at The Monarch at Richardson, there is a one-time community fee of $2,500, which covers the cost of admission paperwork, preparing the apartment for move-in, and helping to maintain community spaces such as dining rooms, outdoor areas, and apartments.
In addition, our monthly fees vary depending on room size. We offer various floor plans that allow residents to live in a studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom apartment with assisted living monthly rates starting at $4,500 + six wellness package options based on individual abilities starting at $500.
